A look back at the Dream On Technology Tour that criss-crossed France this year, combining technological expertise and French art de vivre.
Memorable stages across France
The Dot Tour 2025 came to an end this summer, after a tour of France’s most beautiful regions. This innovative format brought together decision-makers from the world of cybersecurity in exceptional settings, far removed from traditional trade shows.
Strasbourg: Alsace’s excellence
Our journey began in the heart of Petite France, where the Au Crocodile restaurant welcomed us for an evening combining regional gastronomy and fine wines. Participants were able to discover our innovative solutions while tasting Grands Crus Classés 1855, a first encounter that set the tone for the tour.
Lille: Taste of the North during InCyber 2025
In conjunction with the INCYBER Europe 2025 Forum, our stopover in Lille at La Laiterie (Lambersart) brought together professionals and experts for a tasting of the prestigious Châteaux Léoville Poyferré, Desmirail and Lafaurie-Peyraguey. Discussions on current cybersecurity issues continued in a relaxed atmosphere where networking and gastronomy blended harmoniously.
La Rochelle: Sea air and great wines
The Rochelais stopover at Les Flots restaurant offered participants an evening rich in discoveries. Expert Colin Hancock gave a brilliant commentary on the food and wine pairings that punctuated this oceanfront dinner-tasting. Conversations between industry professionals naturally emerged in this privileged setting.
Paris: A grand finale
The tour concluded in the capital at the Origines restaurant, where Châteaux Langoa Barton, Lynch-Moussas and Climens accompanied discussions on the latest trends in digital security. Mikael Masson and Thierry Nicol presented a forward-looking vision of the sector’s challenges, providing food for thought for the decision-makers in attendance.
A concept that reinvents professional networking
The DoTour perfectly embodies the Dream On Technology philosophy of creating authentic moments of exchange in inspiring environments. Far from conventional formats, these evenings have enabled us to forge lasting links between like-minded professionals.
“We wanted to break away from the usual framework of professional meetings to encourage more sincere exchanges and more natural collaborations,” explains the organizing team.
The adventure continues
This first edition of the DoTour may be drawing to a close, but the spirit that drives it – innovation, sharing and excellence – remains at the heart of our initiatives. We would like to thank all our partners, in particular Nabu, as well as the participants who have made each stage a unique experience.
Stay tuned for our upcoming events, which will continue to reinvent the way we approach the technological challenges of today and tomorrow.
